Medicinal Use of Cannabis Survey 2012

IDMU has handed out drug user surveys since 1994, making it the longest running drug user survey in the UK.

We are now running various surveys, including this one, regarding medicinal use of cannabis.

The information will be published on this website and other media. It will be used to inform, clarify and update information about the use of cannabis as a medicine.

Please submit only one Medicinal Use survey per person, per year.

If any of the questions are confusing and do not allow you to give a reasonable answer, please explain in the comments box at the end of the survey.  This will help us improve our Medicinal Use of Cannabis Survey in 2013.
