Have you been in a UK prison within last 12 months?

IDMU has handed out drug user surveys since 1994, making it the longest running drug user survey in the UK.

This year we are now running various surveys, including this one, regarding the use of drugs in prison.

Please submit only one Prisoner Drug survey per person, per year.

If any of the questions are confusing and do not allow you to give a reasonable answer, please explain in the comments box at the end of the survey.  This will help us improve our Prisoner Drug Survey in 2013.
